Terms and Conditions
Scope of Services:
MB Khalid Digitals agrees to provide digital services to the client as outlined in the agreed-upon proposal or contract.
Payment for services:
Rendered shall be made according to the terms specified in the proposal or contract. A deposit may be required before work commences, with the remaining balance due upon completion of the project.
Any intellectual property:
Created during the course of the project, including but not limited to designs, content, and code, shall remain the property of MB Khalid Digitals until full payment has been received. Upon receipt of full payment, ownership of the intellectual property shall transfer to the client.
Confidentiality:
MB Khalid Digitals agrees to keep all client information confidential and not to disclose any sensitive information to third parties without prior written consent from the client.
Project Timeline:
MB Khalid Digitals shall make every effort to complete the project within the agreed-upon timeline. Delays caused by factors beyond our control, such as client feedback or third-party dependencies, may result in adjustments to the project timeline.
Revision Policy:
The client is entitled to a specified number of revisions as outlined in the proposal or contract. Additional revisions may incur additional charges.
Termination:
Either party may terminate the agreement with written notice if the other party breaches any terms of the agreement. In the event of termination, the client shall pay for all services rendered up to the date of termination.
Limitation of Liability:
MB Khalid Digitals shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising out of or in connection with the services provided, including but not limited to loss of profits, loss of data, or business interruption.
Amendment:
These terms and conditions may be amended or modified by mutual agreement in writing.
By engaging MB Khalid Digitals for digital services, the client agrees to be bound by these terms and conditions.
